Can you take over from my current property manager?
Yes. We coordinate the transition — management agreements, tenant notification, security-deposit transfer, and records — so your tenants experience minimal disruption.
How are rent and deposits handled?
Rent and security deposits are held in separate, dedicated accounts as required for Georgia brokerages. Owners receive monthly statements and scheduled disbursements.
Do I have to approve repairs?
You set a maintenance approval limit in your management agreement. Routine repairs under that amount are handled promptly; anything above it requires your approval, except true emergencies.
